As we begin to look forward to the world that emerges out of this crisis, there are three types of changes to consider. Each will need to be approached in a different way, using different tools and techniques.

Elle Dodd is a consultant, helping people with a public purpose to achieve it. Her work draws on economics, systems thinking and social psychology. She has worked in international relations, negotiating the UN Sustainable Development Goals and supporting the UK Prime Minister’s Trade Advisor. And in local government, leading on devolved economic and social policy for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
