			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have to love the <a href="http://www.brugesgroup.com/">Bruges Group</a>, whose response to the financial crisis seems to be to <em>pretend it never happened</em>. I&#8217;ve just been invited to <a href="http://www.brugesgroup.com/events/?article=14057">one of their events</a> where:</p>

He will discuss the EU’s latest power grab where Brussels is aiming to complete its project to take full control over financial services.</p></blockquote>
<p>Congdon, whose <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/personal-view/3636178/Ill-be-voting-UKIP-if-Cameron-stays.html">loathing</a> of David Cameron prompted him to jump ship to <a href="http://www.ukip.org/">UKIP</a>, must be using a different definition of success to most of the rest of us&#8230;</p>
