		<description>a source informs me that the Japanese representatives and a man sitting next to them fell asleep ... however, perhaps what we are witnessing here is a cultural difference in the way that middle-eastern and western people talk at such events and their attitudes towards them ... perhaps conforming to western styles of speech-making would look like subordinating to the west - and judging by his words, he is actually laying the responsibility for thousands of deaths at the feet of the west.</description>
