		<description>As democracy is a new process for the Iraqi peole, it may need to be explained comprehensively before instituting it.  Perhaps a non-partisan outline about global politics and economics (including carbon issues), Iraq&#039;s place in the global community and possible future paths for the country to take, could aid voters to decide which party to vote for.  If democratization is carried out well, elected politicians will be supported in implementing a sound economic system that is able to promote universal wellbeing and maintain peace (assuming that this is what Iraqis will choose at election).</description>
