		<description>Boring technical point I know but the KGB hasn&#039;t exisited since 1991. It&#039;s still called the KGB in Belarus but in Russia the domestic service became the FSB, the foreign serivce SVR and the sigint service FAPSI.</description>

		<description>yes there is - march 8th. when i was working in moscow, all the men in the office would buy the women presents on that day, then the women returned the favour on men&#039;s day (or &#039;defenders of the fatherland&#039; day as it was technically known).</description>
